Privacy Policy — Bear's Fish Farm

This Privacy Policy explains how Ultimate Lavash Games ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile game Bear's Fish Farm (package com.bearbay.fishfarm, the "Game"). By using the Game you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we do not collect

The Game has no accounts, no sign-in, no chat and no in-app purchases, and it can be played offline. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location or payment information.

2. Information collected automatically

The Game uses third-party software development kits (SDKs) that automatically collect limited technical information when you play:

• Device identifiers — the Android Advertising ID and SDK-generated app instance / installation IDs.
• Device and app information — device model, operating system version, language, app version, and approximate country or region derived from your IP address.
• Gameplay and usage events — sessions, session length, tutorial and level progress, and other in-game events.
• Diagnostics — error and performance events.

Your IP address may be processed by these providers to deliver their services and to estimate your country; we do not use it to determine your precise location.

3. How we use information

• To understand how players use the Game and to improve gameplay, balance and stability (analytics).
• To measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, i.e. to attribute installs and in-game events to the ads that led to them (attribution).
• To detect and fix errors.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Third-party services

Information is collected and processed by the following providers under their own privacy policies:

• Google Analytics for Firebase (Google LLC) — game analytics and diagnostics. policies.google.com/privacy, firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Meta Platforms (Meta App Events / Facebook SDK) — app events and advertising attribution. facebook.com/privacy/policy
• Google Play services — app distribution and the Advertising ID.

The Game does not currently show advertisements. If we add advertising or other services in the future, we will update this Policy before they are enabled.

5. Your choices

• You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalization, in your Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
• You can stop all collection by uninstalling the Game.
• You can ask us to delete data associated with your device, or ask what data we hold, by emailing us (see Contact). Please include your device's Advertising ID if possible so that we can locate the data. We respond within 30 days.

Depending on where you live (for example, the EEA, the UK or California), you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your data, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Where required, we rely on our legitimate interests (improving the Game and measuring our marketing) or on your consent as the legal basis for processing.

6. How to request deletion of your data

Bear's Fish Farm has no user accounts. To have the data associated with your device deleted:

1. Send an email to m24450810@gmail.com with the subject "Bear's Fish Farm data deletion".
2. Include your device's Advertising ID (Android Settings → Google → Ads) so that we can find the data linked to it.
3. We confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted: device identifiers, gameplay and usage events and diagnostics collected through Google Analytics for Firebase and Meta App Events that are linked to your device.

What is kept: only aggregated, anonymous statistics that cannot identify you. Game progress is stored locally on your device and is removed when you uninstall the Game or clear its data.

7. Data retention and security

Data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above and in line with each provider's retention settings. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Providers may process data in countries other than your own, with appropriate safeguards.

8. Children

The Game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
