Privacy Policy — Hookbound

This Privacy Policy explains how Ultimate Lavash Games ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile game Hookbound (package com.hook.bound, the "Game"), published on Google Play under the developer name Ultimate Lavash Games. By using the Game you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we do not collect

The Game has no accounts, no sign-in and no chat. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location or payment information.

2. Information collected automatically

The Game uses third-party software development kits (SDKs) that automatically collect limited technical information when you play:

• Device identifiers — the Android Advertising ID and SDK-generated app instance / installation IDs.
• Device and app information — device model, operating system version, language, app version, and approximate country or region derived from your IP address.
• Gameplay and usage events — sessions, session length, level progress, in-game currency, ad impressions and clicks, and other in-game events.
• Diagnostics — crash logs, error and performance events.

Your IP address may be processed by these providers to deliver their services and to estimate your country; we do not use it to determine your precise location.

3. How we use information

• To show advertisements in the Game, including personalised ads where you have allowed it, and to limit how often you see the same ad.
• To understand how players use the Game and to improve gameplay, balance and stability (analytics).
• To measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, i.e. to attribute installs and in-game events to the ads that led to them (attribution).
• To detect and fix errors and to prevent fraud.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Third-party services

Information is collected and processed by the following providers under their own privacy policies:

• Our analytics and publishing partner — an SDK integrated in the Game that provides game analytics, diagnostics and ad configuration on our behalf.
• AppLovin (MAX) — ad mediation and ad delivery. applovin.com/privacy
• Adjust — install and in-game event attribution. adjust.com/terms/privacy-policy
• Google Firebase (Google LLC) — analytics, crash reporting and diagnostics. firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Meta Platforms (Facebook SDK) — app events, advertising attribution and ads. facebook.com/privacy/policy
• Advertising networks connected through mediation — these partners may receive the Advertising ID, device information and ad-interaction data to select and show ads and to measure their performance, each under its own privacy policy.
• Google Play services (Google LLC) — app distribution and the Advertising ID. policies.google.com/privacy

Where the law requires consent (for example in the EEA and the UK), we or our partners ask for it before your data is used for personalised advertising. If you do not consent, you may still see non-personalised ads.

5. Your choices

• You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalization, in your Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
• You can stop all collection by uninstalling the Game.
• You can ask us to delete data associated with your device, or ask what data we hold, by emailing us (see Contact). Please include your device's Advertising ID if possible so that we can locate the data. We respond within 30 days.

Depending on where you live (for example, the EEA, the UK or California), you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your data, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Where required, we rely on your consent (personalised advertising) or on our legitimate interests (improving the Game, showing non-personalised ads and measuring our marketing) as the legal basis for processing.

6. How to request deletion of your data

Hookbound has no user accounts. To have the data associated with your device deleted:

1. Send an email to m24450810@gmail.com with the subject "Hookbound data deletion".
2. Include your device's Advertising ID (Android Settings → Google → Ads) so that we can find the data linked to it.
3. We confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, and forward it to our partners where needed.

What is deleted: device identifiers, gameplay and usage events, ad-interaction data and diagnostics collected through the SDKs listed above that are linked to your device.

What is kept: only aggregated, anonymous statistics that cannot identify you. Game progress is stored locally on your device and is removed when you uninstall the Game or clear its data.

7. Data retention and security

Data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above and in line with each provider's retention settings. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Providers may process data in countries other than your own, with appropriate safeguards.

8. Children

The Game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
